How our Fees Work
 Initial Payment: Non-refundable $200 consultation and research
fee made payable to: Connoisseur Travel Planning, LLC and mailed to 55 Bainbridge Road, West Hartford, CT 06119. This fee does not apply to a single, simple reservation
such as a hotel reservation. Travel Consultant Charges: We charge 10% of the total cost of the
client trip (excluding airline tickets). In most cases, a large portion of
our fee is covered by commissions from hotels and vacation packages. Please see a typical trip, with charges
on the "Sample Trip" page.
Airline Bookings: We charge $25 per ticket. The exception is
vacation packages where the cost of airline tickets is included. Clients
may book their own tickets if they prefer. Cancellation Fee: Once a booking has been made, if you cancel,
there is a $100 cancellation fee. Airlines, hotels, and other travel
entities may charge additional cancellation fees (which may be covered by
trip cancellation insurance).
Fees for Extraordinary Services: Where services are required that
go above and beyond even our routinely exceptional efforts, we reserve the right to request additional fees
which will be discussed with you in advance. |
